3. Investment Plans & Returns

• One-Time Investment: We offer single-payment investment plans (₹3,999 and ₹7,999) with lifetime benefits.
• Earnings & Withdrawals: Returns are subject to the company’s policies and payout cycles.
• No Refund Policy: All investments are non-refundable and final.
• Risk Disclosure: Investments involve financial risks. Cosmic Guidance does not guarantee fixed returns.
• Bonus & Referral Earnings: Referral bonuses are applicable only after a successful registration and verification process

4. Commission, Rewards & Withdrawals

• Referral commissions are credited once the referred individual completes a successful investment.
• Systematic Withdrawal Plan (SWP) is available for continuous income flow.
• Users must adhere to withdrawal limits and processing timelines set by the company.

5. Liabilities & Risks

• While we strive to provide high returns, all investments carry market risks.
• Cosmic Guidance is not responsible for losses due to market fluctuations, unforeseen circumstances, or external economic factors.
• Investors should exercise due diligence before committing funds.

6. Termination & Account Restrictions

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in fraudulent activities, misrepresentation, or policy violations.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period, we may deactivate it.
• Any disputes will be handled by Cosmic Guidance's legal team and must be resolved through proper channels.
